TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. By using any of the design consultation services provided to you by Onstyle, you shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions listed below.
  2. All sales of the design packages by Onstyle to the Purchaser are subject to the terms and conditions set out herein. The Purchaser acknowledges that the interior design content supplied to them by Onstyle is supplied according to the design package selected and that no other warranties or representations are made with regard thereto.
  3. The Purchaser’s design package order will be deemed received by Onstyle on successful receipt of payment.
  4. Onstyle shall supply the final design package to the Purchaser in the timeframe indicated as per the Purchaser’s chosen design package once all of Onstyle’s requested information requirements have been fulfilled, subject to successful payment being received.
  5. The final design package shall be deemed received by the Purchaser on the date it is sent by Onstyle to the email address furnished by the Purchaser to Onstyle.
  6. Onstyle shall be entitled to withhold their design package and/or any part of their design package should the Purchaser fail to pay any amount due, owing and payable to Onstyle.
  7. The Purchaser’s personal information will be treated as strictly confidential. Onstyle will not use the Purchaser’s personal information (name, physical address, cellphone number, email address, photographs of the Purchaser’s home) other than to communicate with the Purchaser during their design consultation.
  8. Any links to or content from Third Party websites appearing on Onstyle’s site are not owned by Onstyle. Onstyle does not assume responsibility for the aforementioned content or the changes the Third Party websites may make to their content from time to time.
  9. Should the Purchaser purchase or use any of the products or services recommended to them by Onstyle from any Third Parties, it is done at the sole discretion of the Purchaser. Onstyle does not assume responsibility for the quality, the safety nor the timeous or successful delivery of the aforementioned products or services. Any faults therewith must be taken up with the Third Party provider directly.
  10. Following the purchasing and design advice of Onstyle is done at the Purchaser’s sole discretion and the Purchaser hereby indemnifies Onstyle for any damage and/or loss suffered in respect of their purchase of Third Party products and/or services.
  11. In the case of products bought from Third Parties, return shipping costs are for the Purchaser’s account and will not be reimbursed by Onstyle.
  12. The design service packages purchased from Onstyle are non-refundable.
  13. Should there be any provision in these Terms and Conditions that the Purchaser does not understand, it is the responsibility of the Purchaser to request an explanation therefor from Onstyle before proceeding to use the services of Onstyle.
